Lumia 822 Bluetooth Problem

I am pairing my Lumia 822 with my 2010 Nissan Murano.  The signal is breaking up when I call someone.  This happens when I have full signal.  I have tried deleting the Bluetooth connection and re-pairing.  Doesn't help.  Any suggestions.

Re: Lumia 822 Bluetooth Problem

Hi mate,

Have you checked that all the settings are correct on your phone and the car? If so, then try performing a soft reset (pressing the volume down and power buttons together until the phone vibrates then release). Failing that, you will need to backup all your personal data onto a PC / in the cloud, and perform a hard reset (Settings > About > Reset your phone).

IF that doesn't work, then will need to take your phone back to your point of purchase, or if they are being less than helpful, then to contact Nokia USA via http://nokia.com/support and ask them about the issue.

Re: Lumia 822 Bluetooth Problem

The exact same problem happens with my L920 in my 2010 Nissan Murano.  Through ATT and Nokia I am now at my 3rd L920 and all of them have this issue.  No solution from Nokia's (rather useless) support - they basically told me it's Nissan's problem.  The other phones I tried (iP5, L900, Samsung Focus, and some old BB) all work fine.

Re: Lumia 822 Bluetooth Problem

hi mate,

have you also checked that you have all the latest Nokia system app updates installed from the Store? try following the advice i gave in my post above in this same thread, and if it continues to not work, you can always leave feedback over at Microsoft's website too: http://windowsphone.uservoice.com
