Hey Folks,
I have a quick question about Bluetooth.
Are you able to transfer anything to another device at all? When I first got my 900 I transfered my contacts via bluetooth, and a picture, But since then I can't use it anymore?
If I try to connect to any phone it states it's not surpported? is this a case of copying iPhone, or am I just having an issue with this?
Thanks in advance!

The only bluetooth profiles that are native on the phone are audio profiles, which means you can connect the phone to audio headsets (and other audio devices) and listen to music, etc., but you cannot transfer files between bluetooth connected devices and you can't use bluetooth peripherals such as a bluetooth printer or bluetooth keyboard.
See this link to learn more about bluetooth profiles on windows phones.

Again thank you for your helpful reply ProfJulie.
I was really hoping to hear that it was just a problem that is being sorted, Sad to hear that you are unable to transfer to friends, as I regularly did.
Just have to way up the cons and pros between my Lumia 900 and N8, will stick with Lumia for the meantime to give it a fair shot, mind.

Just been sent the 900 as a replacement for faulty N8, cannot believe that you can't transfer info between this and my computer by bluetooth, what a useless phone, going backwards in my view. Can't wait for time for my upgrade so I can get an iphone, goodbye Nokia sorry had one for over 10 years!!
