Lumia 900 Data internet connection issue!

My phone cannot go into the internet explorer and displays the network issue. I have restarted my phone, checked my data plan if its on, and have taken out the sim card and placed it back in. None seem to work. However, wifi is working properly and I can see the display of 4G and LTE on. =/

Please be e abit more detailed. What network issue is displayed when you start Internet Explorer?

Also did you download and run the Network Setup app from the Nokia Collections section of the Marketplace? It will setup your phone for your carrier.

It displays "We're having trouble reaching this webpage. You might have lost your cellular data connection. Check your Wi-Fi and cellular data settings."
