the thing is if i reset the phone i know if my contacts will be deleted and i dont want to lose my contacts

You can always sync your contacts to the cloud and this way they will always be there for you, even after a reset or if anything unforseen should happen to your phone.

When your car breaks down or behaves weird what do you do? I suspect you go to a garage to get it fixed right? Maybe you should take the phone to a Nokia Care Point or send it in to a Nokia Repair facility..
