I just tried it. I tried using the autodetected "TELUS" settings as well as created a new manual profile and it doesn't seem to work for me. I tried before and after rebooting each time.
I am able to click the "Get media content..." and it stays stuck at "Getting media content...".
Also, tethering (Internet Sharing) still does not work at all, even though I have access to data/internet.

I am in the UK and purchased my Nokia 900 on a O2 2 year contract 6 months ago.
I am unable to use MMS - no solution being offered and tied in for 2 years.
Love the phone but a major flaw - any help appreciated

Try rebooting your phone after running the network setup app and see if that helps.

I have the opposite problem, I can send but not receive. I have tried rebooting, manual settings, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, etc. Nothing seems to work.

I'm using an unlocked Lumia 900 with T-mobile (AT&T unlocked). This page https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-3091 provides the T-Mobile APN info. To set it up on your Lumia 900:
1.Open the Network Setup app (install it if you don't have it already)
2. Click the 'plus' button at the bottom to add a new APN setup
3. In the Connection Name field, I guess you can put anything (I called mine T-Mobile Mod)
4. In the Internet APN section, enter epc.tmobile.com in the Access point name field
5. In the MMS APN section, enter epc.tmobile.com as the MMS access point name. In the last field (MMSC address), enter mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
With these new APN settings, begins to work properly. If you're able to find the internet & MMS APN, as well as MMSC address for your carrier, you should be good to go.

Pretty sure the AT&T setting will be loaded by just starting the app.. No need to enter anything.

I was just set to flash my Rogers (unlocked) Lumia 900 so I could change MMS settings for T-Mobile USA when [**bleep**!] the "Network Settings" app just appeared tonight. It was a hack b/c I had to set up Windows on my Mac and I had deleted that partition (Boot Camp) years ago. My old copy of WIndows XP SP2 needed hundreds of updates so it was pretty involved getting Windows to run but I finally got it. In any case, before flashing I checked one last time to see if by chance Nokia had released Network Settings to the Marketplace and it was there.
I entered the T-Mobile settings into the newly available slots and to my very large surprise, I was able to fetch and send MMS pictures without any issues. I am stunned!
Thank you, Nokia!

I'm using an unlock AT&T Lumia 900 on T-Mobile, everything works fine except cannot send MMS.
Internet Sharing works great too.
So, I installed Nokia's Network Setup to let it apply the MMS settings.
MMS then worked great.
But the huge problem is now Internet Sharing is disabled.
When I tried to turned on Internet Sharing, it said
"To enable tethering on this device, go to att.com/mywireless or dial 611."
I'm on T-Mobile!!!
Apparently, Network Setup not only applies the APN Settings of carrier's SIM card it also modifies the Internet Sharing of where your phone came from (not the carrier your are actually on)
I have to RESET my phone to factory settings to regain Internet Sharing, uninstalling Network Setup did not help.
So, I can either have MMS or Internet Sharing, but not both.
That's a very big bug of the Network Setup app.
Anyone has a solution?
