My lumia 900, 3 navigation buttons at the bottom of screen have stooped working that's the back arrow,windows start button, search button making the phone unusable have reset phone to factory setting still the same

Is there any difference if playing music via headset or if a call comes in?

i cannot try head set as I'm on holiday not got them with me but as for when a call comes in all 3 nav buttons still not working

I have had the exact same problem with my Lumia 900. The navigation buttons will randomly select themselves causing voice commands to start and for an internet search to launch. I restarted my device and restored it to factory settings and now they are completely dead, my phone is unusable.
