Hi There,
I need help please. I have a Lumia 920 which was given to me by a friend as a gift and is from Denmark. I love the Lumia 920. After years of being an Iphone fan, I got this phone. I loved the phone, but I am a little disappointed in your servicing company. Below is my problem and my experience: Couple of weeks ago, I got the Portico update on my phone. After that whenever I turned the phone on with my LTE Sim card in, it reboots. Every time it reboots, it reboots again as soon as it connects to the network. If I change the network quickly to 3G in the menu, the phone stays on. I read through the internet, and found out that there are lot of people experiencing the same problem. So I called customer care in Canada and explained them my problem and gave them my IMEI number and they said that the phone is covered under warranty and you can send it to our servicing company and they gave me their number and pointed me to fill the form. Luckily I called your service company (forgot what's it called). When I called them and gave them my IMEI number, they said that they can't do anything about this as this phone is not under warranty in Canada. How can that be. Why would Nokia sell unlocked phones then. People tend to buy unlocked phone so that they can travel around it. Othewise what's the use of selling unlocked phone.
I am really hoping somebody from here can help me out with my problem. I would love to keep using my Nokia. I believe Nokia has done a wonderful job on this phone. This is the only phone that intrigued me after Iphone.
So please please help

Sadly, Nokia products do not come with a global warranty. Warranties are only valid in the region the phone is intended for. In the case of your phone the warranty is valid within the European Union.
