What tests will be done for the battery & how long will it take? Would they give me a replacement on site?

Procedures cant be explained here it depends how long it will take obviously taking into account on how busy they are.
You will not get it replaced there and then,they will send a replacement if they see it fit.
Average waiting time also differs they can only answer you this

OK. Thanks for the reply but I assumed they would have an 'initial test' on site before accepting my phone and wondered how long it would take? I appreciate demand will determine how long it will take if a replacement was agreed.

What procedures and why? If you don't mind me asking.

Want a replacement but don't want to waste my time. So trying to get a heads up...

there is procedures in place like any other phone that goes for repair to determine the defects.
You will be told in due course.

Do you know what the 'actual' procedure is? Is there a way to find out before calling up or visiting the care centre?
