Lumia 920 Sent off to repair twice and STILL BROKEN.

This is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. I got my Lumia 920 back from a repair center today. and its STILL BROKEN

This was the second time it has been "repaired".  the first time was bad enough, second is just a joke, especially as I included a letter specifically stating the problem which needed attention.

That problem being the proximity sensor.

the customer service team and all Mexican with not very good english. This is just an awful expereince. I wish id never got a nokia.

I agree with JimmyIreland. Best to contact Nokia Support and describe your situation.

@bsd107,

Nokia Store can be an Nokia authorized retailer where you purchase the phone. It will be in their discretion if they would replace the phone or make other arrangements.

If this has helped you, you can help others by clicking the Star or "Accept as Solution"
