Lumia 920: Slow app downloads over WiFi

Is it just me or is the downloading of apps via WiFi really slow? Works fine on mobile network and browsing the web on WiFi works normally too, it's just downloading apps that's slow. Just reset my phone to fix my GPS (which seems to work now), at this rate it'll be a long time before my apps are downloaded again.

not for me mate. i would check the connection you have at home for the WiFi. the Store did go down temporarily yesterday for a few hours but i have downloaded stuff from the Store since on WiFi and have had no speed issues.

Re: Lumia 920: Slow app downloads over WiFi

absolutely agree here. If I use the speedtest.net app, I get like 6mbps down while it should be around 45mbps, but the upload is maxed out to 8mbps+. I tries this with different servers and also puters using the same WiFi connection, this is defo a phone bug.
