Last saturday (feb 2nd) I bought a Lumia 920 and a DT-900. The phone is great but I can't get the charging plate to work. It is simply dead. Nothing happens when I put my phone near (or on) the plate.

 

I have tried plugging and unplugging the cord, different sockets in the house and putting the phone in all possible positions on the plate.

 

Can someone (preferable from the Nokia support team) let me know what to do?

The phone should be placed with its back on the surface of the plate which has Nokia on it. If you have done that and it does not work, best to go to the place where you bought them from and try your handset on other plates to establish whether the problem is with the plate or the handset. Whichever it is, you should be able to get a replacement on site.
