I started to have this problem yesterday. The power and volume down buttons are just unresponsive, so the only way to unlock my phone now is to use the camera button. I've tried resetting the phone and it didn't help, so I'm guessing not a software issue, but hardware. Should I just return it to the store for repair/new or has anybody else experienced this and found a solution.

and yeah, the reset was done via Settings, not soft or hard reset since the buttons aren't working.
