I wonder if it is possible to use a Lumia 920 and a projector with a "micro usb to vga" cable?

The HTC one has a USB cable available for it that lets it connect to HDMI displays but not seen one for VGA. Some samsungs have that feature too.

The Windows Phone operating system does not support that feature at this time so it's not possible on any Nokia Windows Phone device. It may be available on future models.

They do but as far as I know you need get an external converter/adaptor. I haven't heard of one that natively supports this.

Point is that it is possible on those phones where as it isn't possible on any current Lumia's as they don't output the required signal/data through the USB port.

I think you misunderstood my first reply/question. Was just wondering if the OP knows which phones support this natively because I want to get one.

Have a few coming up so need to make a decision on what I want soon. Not much to choose from at the moment. Don't know about the free bit. They will be on contract which is effectively paying on instalments. So might as well get a selection of phones I want to try.
