Re: Lumia 920 reset problem
There have been a few reported cases of phones getting bricked following a reset. 2 hours is definitely too long and would indicate a possible problem. You have 2 options, the first being to reboot the phone and the second is to leave the phone until the battery dies and then let it charge. No guarantees it isnt bricked either way. However personally I'd try the battery method as I know someone who tried it and worked. Its a good sign if you see the charging icon once you start charging.
If all fails then you need to have it look at by your local Nokia Care Point.
