have you checked in Settings > Phone Update if the Portico update is available to you and that you have updated to it already? also check that you are fully up-to-date with all the latest Nokia system app updates in the Store. failing them, you can try soft resetting your phone, by pressing the volume down and power buttons together until the phone vibrates.
