I have been facing weird situation with my Lumia920. Every time I enter/exit a store, security alarm get triggered. It's embarrassing when everyone look at me as if I am stealing something. I had to switch off my mobile. Is it due to the wireless coil? Can we switch off wireless charging?
Does anyone face this problem?

There are many components have magnetic parts which may activate the alarm or if the store uses wireless ID alarm an apparent detection may result from the radio transmitter modulation.
All Nokia phones are designed not to exceed the limits recommended by international guidelines.Try turning off wifi.
Personally its never happened to me.
If i have helped at all a click on the white star below would be nice thanks.

I've not heard of this one either. My 920 hasn't triggered any in-store alarms. Could it be the NFC by any chance?

It's really not you, it's the in-store alarm being set too sensitive.

So, Am not the only one with this Issue. Is there a way to notify Nokia about this problem?
