Lumia 920 won't charge correctly

I've had my phone for about a month now, and today my phone turned itself off after about 2,5 hours after i disconnected it from the charger. After that i tryed to recharge it for about 30mins and then it lasted for about 1 hour, and after that it won't power on. Now if i charg it, it just shows the icon that the battery is to low to turn on. I've charge'd it for about 3-4 hours and it still show's the same icon. I've tryed both a soft and hard reset, but all that happens is that it reboot's and shows the same icon... I've tryed to charge it from my pc and from the wall outlet, and even tryed another micro usb charger... Please help....

Sounds like a hardware fault. Do you have a plate charger to try? You'll probably need to visit an NCC though.

Possibly the USB port on the phone is damaged which is preventing it from charging. Does your phone make a sound when the charger is connected?

I dont have a wireless charger, so i can't try that. I don't beleve i have a Nokia care center near by where i live(Norway). So i would love to resolve the problem without having to send the phone away for repair... But thanks for the replay :smileyhappy:

No i does not make a sound when i connect the charger. But that's because it's not turned on, but it vibrates and show's the nokia logo for a few seconds and then it show's the battery icon i posted in my first post. As soon i disconnect the charger the screen turns off, as if the battery is totally empty.

if you have checked that you have the correct charger and that it is not damaged and that you have a stable power supply, then you have no choice but to take your phone back to your point of purchase, or if they are being less than helpful, take your phone to Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support
