Hello!
12/28/2011, the acquired phone Nokia Lumia 800 in Italy, registered in the network TIM, MMS function to work (pictures and color files to send and receive) data transmission to work, not fine-tuned mail Gmail. In early January 2012 was in Russia, and connected to the MTS network, loaded with Marketplace "Network Configuration", and took advantage of all of these features have earned (except of course the mail Gmail: it was not tuned), arrived in Ukraine, MTS acquired a package of Ukraine and no function (listed above) did not work at all. With the help of a specialist support service operator was able to incorporate data transmission. That's all. As it turned out, in Ukraine, even on the support site does not support Nokia Nokia Lumia 800, the new global online Nokia Ukraine is not on the list. From the words teh.spetsialistov in Ukraine to date, all mobile operators can provide normal support for phones with Windows Mobile OS version is not above 6.5 (personally reviewed all the settings page: they are only for older versions).
Flashing my last. Nothing she did not give entirely from the fact that you declared for.
Questions:
- Can I hope that 800 will be properly Lumia work in Ukraine, if so, at least in what year?
- Have someone on improving the ability to work with Lumia 800 using a computer, such as sending messages, documents?
- Will there be any changes in the Nokia Suite, which would have the opportunity to send and receive MMS? (I have a second phone Nokia X3-02, and I really miss this function);
- When you plan to upgrade the firmware version for Nokia Lumia 800, so that it becomes even remotely resemble a business phone, not a toy?
Thank you.

Hi All
I'm on O2, couldn't send MMS, rang O2, they were scratching their heads, did some googling and found this forum, so I've just dialled ##634# and gone to the APN Settings and under APN Settings, I scrolled to MMS and I added the following details
IAP Name MMS
APN wap.o2.co.uk
Proxy http://mmsc.mms.02.co.uk:8002
Port 193.113.200.195
Username o2wap
Password password
Clicked Save, backed out everything to home screen, sent a test MMS and it worked, wife sent me an MMS and it came through, so all sorted now

Can somone explain this solution in more detail? im following this thread and what everyone else has attempted just doesn't exist for me.
Info first..
Cant send or recieve MMS (can go on the net and send SMS though)
Nokia Lumia 800
Provider: Three UK
I have gone to the diagnostics menu as everyone has suggested here, but there is no option called 'APN Settings' at all!
Of course Nokia tech support were completely useless, blamed Three for the problem.. which interestingly enough Three blamed the problem on Nokia.

Hi All
Sorry I haven't been on the forum, been extremely busy. I originally put those settings in the MMS Diagnostics and it worked, however i've made a mistake when i posted them.
I went to send my wife a MMS the other night and it won't send again, but I stupiddly didn't write down the settings. Now if i try to do it again the same way, it just says Access point not set: IAP Exists, so i'm stuck again, although i can send pics via email to my wife, most of my family and friends don't have email, so i won't be able to send them pics.

I still have the problem of internet data and MMS being mutually exclusive.
If I set my APN to 3internet (for Three in Ireland) I can use mobile data but not send MMS.
If I delete the APN I can send MMS but can't use mobile data.
The latest Network Setup app does not help.
The APN settings in the Diagnostics app does not help (in fact this seems to make things worse).
On top of this my phone still locks up one in three times that I take it out of flight mode.

I'm on Vodafone and I loaded the link for the app straight from the link above onto my phone and when run it searched for my settings and found numerous different providers. I selected Vodafone UK and then tested it by sending a picture to myself. At first I thought it hadn't worked as there was a long silence but a few minutes later the message bleep went off and hey presto I recieved the message back ... MMS again, happy days.

I have the Lumia 800. MMS worked at first then stopped. Nokia sent me the apn settings but they didn't work. Can't install the Network setup app as there's no install button. Any ideas on what to do next?
