Hi,

I purchased a Nokia 610 today and am trying to download the UK maps in Nokia Drive.

•  Have setup WiFi.
•  Select the UK (All) map to download.

At random points throughout the download process the app crashes and returns me back to the start screen.

I have removed and reinstalled the app with no change.

Any help appreciated.

Had such issues with newly formatted Lumia 710 today where default for download was "United Kingdom" but couldn't break it down into individual regions, so downloaded Ireland (Eire) first then went back and could choose England from United Kingdom with "Add".

Hi.

I can download smaller maps (such as Wales, Scotland, Eire, etc) but the larger maps such as England (or france - All) cause it to crash...

same thing with me , I reset the whole phone then opened nokia drive and i was then able to download UK. after it finished , i tried to download Austrailia and part through the download the screen returned to the tiles and lost the download. I am now very frustrated and will try nokia support again

are you sure you have enough memory to download all that? make sure you at least have 500mb free when you try to download the maps
