I have the Nokia Lumia 800. I cannot open media content from text messages. I get the link 'Get media content now' but whenever I click it, the link just reappears and nothing happens. I have tried resetting my message settings but that has not helped. How do I fix this?

Firstly have you correctly set up picture messaging on your phone? Download the Network setup app from the store to correctly configure MMS.

 You also need to have mobile data activated on the phone to be able to send and receive MMS.

To add, also ensure that you have contacted your network carrier and asked them to activate your MMS service, as sometimes it is not enough just to have the correct settings.
