Hello, I would like to ask why my Lumia 800 spent all my credit on its own? I had 10€ and now it´s all gone. I called my operator (Telekom) and they said that my phone have connected net at night (1:30AM) and started (maybe) downloading something and every moment some amount of my credit went away. Does anybody know what happened? What should be the problem? And how can I turn that downloading or something off? However now it´s not spending my credit anymore but for future. Sorry for my English, I hope you understand. Thanks for all answers.

Not sure what could have caused that data usage but in future you can turn off mobile data (3G) to prevent this from happenin again. Or better still, you can put the phone into Flight mode.
Settings > Mobile network > Data connection: Toggle to off.
Settings > Flight mode: Toggle to on.

Some applications will need to access the internet as well as some services for things like getting/checking mail. The easiest way to prevent this is to switch off the mobile data connection in Settings >mobile network.

Yes, understood. But problem is that i have mobile network turned off. It was the first thing I did, when I get my phone. And flight mode will turn off also wi-fi and bluetooth, won´t it?

If you switch Mobile Network connection off the phone can't connect using mobile data. So it would seem you may have forgotten to turn it off..

Yes, Flight mode turns off ALL communication, even calls and texts but you can re-enable Wi-Fi though.

More likely it was trying to sync your email or social messaging. Smartphones are designed to use with data connection so you need to make sure you turn the data connection off if you dont want to use it.
