My Lumia 920 Phone camara is not clear

I buy Lumia 920 phone before a few days, but i found the camera is not clear, and often can't focus, i search the reason from google, i known that my phone need update, but i go to Setting > Phone update, display my phone is up to date, why other body can update but i can not? wait you answer, my phone INFO:

Portico software update will be available for Lumia 920 variants other than US/Canada after Feb..... btw if you are using camera key to capture images then you should first half press it to lock focus otherwise just tap on part of area you want to focus on screen to capture clear images.
