Hi,

Yesterday my Lumia 920 suddenly turned off, and refuses to boot - no lifesigns at all. I have attempted to charge the phone (no charging sound) and tried to reset the phone, but it remains dead.

I previously had some problems with occasional reboots, and though it was related to some problems with Windows Phone 8 - however last Sundays it rebooted 3 times...

Anyone else have the same problems? Is there something I can attempt to do?

Spending the Christmas and new year without a phone sucks.

Unfortunately as this is a manufacturer's sponsored due to warranty considerations there are limits as to what can be discussed, other than referring you to Nokia Care facility.

Check your PM = Personal messages - envelope at top right of screen.

I have the same problem.  Anyone have a solution for this?  I have already tried the soft reboot but it didn't work.
