My lumia 920 automatic turn off for twice time when battery low or 32% so I just solve by soft reset then it's turn on What should I do to prevent it turn off automatically pls advice

I it will take several charge cycles for the battery to reach max potential,how long have you got it?

I think the OP may mean that the phone states there is 32% battery life left then suddenly turns itself off. Have you tried performing a soft reset mate (pressing the volume down and power buttons together until the phone vibrates)? if that doesn't work, also check that you have all the latest Nokia system app updates from the Store installed. Also uninstall Skype if you have that app installed, and see if the battery behaviour improves.

Failing that, you may need to perform a hard reset (Settings > About > Reset your phone). Please bear in mind that this will wipe all your personal data, so please make a backup to PC first and / or online storage first. Failing that, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care for them to inspect: http://nokia.com/support

I suspect it is most probably the battery meter not showing the correct value, e.g. displaying 32% when in reality it is much less. Hopefully this should calibrate itself over time.

I using it for 1 month so still turn off on yesterday when batt have 60%, I already went to Nokia Thailand to change the new one already but both of lumia still turn off, when soft reset just waste time to set the new date and time

May be I will changing to Sony Xperia Z ASAP... so sad for Nokia....
