"global software deployment" (after the software is ready for deployment ofc.) usually takes something about 3s-3h depending on your internet upload speed. After this, it's just everywhere.

Got the update - and all seemed well.

Only thing is - i don´t see any of the new Nokia apps in market place under Nokia Collection. Why is that?

Hi Tras,

If you look at the link at the post Skyee made on this thread  (the very first post) it will take you the offical Nokia page about these applications and availability.

The below is taken directly from that page:

*Camera Extras will be available from Marketplace during June and July 2012. To optimise performance of the Camera Extras application with the Nokia Lumia 610 certain features may be limited. Nokia City Lens will be available for Nokia Lumia 900, 800, and 710 during 2012

Yey! Now the update is available here in Philippines for my Lumia 710.... i've been checking the update page everyday for almost a week... and i've been screaming seen that it says update available (for lumia 710 (it's not operator-locked) so i connect my phone and open zune, then click settings > phone > check for update.... i was like crazy while staring at the 'checking for update' marquee, then in just few seconds waiting it says 'Your phone is up to date'.... toinks! hahahaha well, i have to wait and check for it using my laptop, since i never recieve notification if update is ready for installation through phone's cellular network....

I'm skeptical about the update schedule.

It says an update is available for 059L7C2 but zune says i'm up to date with 7.10 (8107)

I have same model 059L7C2.. but since coming back from Nokia its now says "CV GB SW ID222 v05", so not sure if same model number anymore!

i have a Mexico Lumia 710, and the nokia page says its available, but Zune and phone say theya re up to date (old)

So yea i guess that nokia released it and then MS will throttle it.

Im impacient because i have really enjoyed the windows phone experience, im a business user and its a very stable and fast platform, so im excited about the upgrades.

Ill check every day from now on until i get the updates

@ramizali You wont get WP8 on present lumia or other windows phones, because its based on windows 8 desktop platform | Kernal It supports only dual core device range only....

My product code is 059L975 and its a Nokia Lumia 800 bought from India. While on the Update Availability page it says yes, when I connect to Zune it says phone is uptodate.

My argument is that Nokia should not be posting update available when there isn't. As its phased then it should say waiting for approval otherwise you pee off every customer that isn't getting the update.
