Heard that new update, 1750.805.8773.12140 is coming up to Lumia phones. Any idea when it is going to be released in Uk?

At this time we have no information whan the next update will be available for your device.

 

While the update your refer to is currently available in selected regions there is no information yet on when this update will be available for other regions. We will however make sure that information in this is shared with the forum as soon as possible.
