I had my phone for about 5 months now. When I bought it, I already asked the salesperson about the Xbox because it did not appear on my tile. The games hub only shows non-Xbox games. He said that it may come in an update, but not available just yet that time. A few months passed and already had 2-3 updates but still no Xbox tile. I tried downloading a few Xbox app like smartglass, contract killer, NSF. All did finish its own download but doesn't show in games hub. However, I can play the game if I open it through voice commands. But still doesn't show.
I brought my phone to an official Nokia care service center. They re-'flashed' my phone as they call it. Still didn't work. They also changed the motherboard already, but still it doesn't work.
The sales team of the center tried comparing my phone with their unit, but found a similar problem. However, there was one unit that has the complete Xbox tile and the same configuration.
Also, Xbox works on my mom's Lumia 710 which is why I don't even grasp why it cannot work on a Lumia 900. The 800 and 610 on the store and service center has Xbox as well.
Is there any solution for this? Thanks.
