I bought the Lumia 920 5 days ago and City Lens has not downloaded properly since day one. It loads about half way and then I get an error message that says attention required tap here. I've tried to download it several times and it still won't load. All other apps will load though. Any solutions? Thanks.

If Nokia City Lens was previously installed on your phone, try uninstalling is first, restart your phone and then try downloading again and see if that helps.

Hi there. The app was already on my phone as it came out the box. It never fully downloaded so I can't even uninstall it to reinstall it.

Back up all your details and info to Skydrive, and do a reset under "about your phone" in Settings.
