Hello everyone. I state that I used the search function and have not found anything like this, so I decided to open a new topic.
I have a phone lumia 800 from January, never had any problem, only occasionally (actually happened twice in all) when reactivated after standby (I have 30 seconds before going on standby) the phone goes crazy literally, it lights up continuously, it activates the task manager, it vibrates; in short it becomes uncontrollable for about 1 minute, even the soft reset does not work ... Then suddenly it returns to normal and it works again without problems. It happened to someone else? Does someone know if this is a known problem ?

I have latest software release, TANGO 8773

Thanks for posting and welcome to the forum.

What you describe sounds like something that needs to be looked at by a Nokia Care Point or alternatively you can offer the Lumia for repair to a Nokia Repair centre where available. You will find contact information through this link.

First of all thank you for the quick response...

I think that it is really difficoult to solve this kind of problem at Nokia Repair Centre, it happened only twice from January, if i run diagnostic mode all the components of the phone work properly and during normal use no problem appears.

I was thinking about a software related problem, maybe a driver or firmware problem...

This has just happened to my hand set tonight, I had it on charge and when I un plugged it, the phone buzzed and jumped between the search page I could do nothing !
Then after a about a minute or less it just stopped !
Sounds like the same problem you had.
