Hello

Two days ago, i bought a Nokia Lumia 800.
I'm using a prepaid card and now I see that I don't have any money left on my prepaid card.

I have absolutely no idea how this can happen because I wasn't using the internet or something like that.

Can someone please help me ?

What frequency are you collecting mail? A quick way of putting a stop to it would be to utilise "Battery saver" in System menu.

Have you installed "Whatsapp" by any chance?

If you are not on a data plan you have to be really, really careful that nothing is syncing without you knowing about it. My main number is on an unlimited data plan my spare, emergency Sim is PAYG. I was really shocked to see how credit was used up on a Symbian phone and an Android phone. Basically both phones were constantly trying to connect at regular intervals and were using up just the odd penny but as it happened so often it soon used up credit. I haven't had this problem on the 800 but nothing is set to sync manually and I don't use any social networking apps.

You need to check everything you have installed, make sure there's no syncing except on wifi, switch off data until you need it and as poster above says keep battery saver on.
Can you get a data plan? Not sure where you are but I pay for my son's phone on a rolling month to month Sim only deal with T-Mobile, it was £15 for unlimited text and adding "unlimited" data (ie subject to fair use) was only another £5 per month.

When I unlock my cell phone there was a there was a icon of hotmail just next to the icon messages.
In the hotmail "application" I went to settings and there I saw that it wasn't on manual, but on every 30 minutes.
When I set it on manual, the hotmail "application" dissapears, so I think my problem is solved.

But anyway, thanks for your help
