Nokia Lumia 800 screen calibration problem

I had purchases Nokia Lumia 800 3-4 months ago, the problem from day 1 was that the lower right of the screen was not properly calibrated. I was not able to type or use that part of screen. for eg. was not able to use letters IKM or so.

But later some how the problem got solved automatically.
 Currently facing the same problem again. Today again started getting the same issue.

Using Diagnostics tool i can make out the screen cannot be calibrated in that part.

What calibration tool are you using? Also, the key at the lower right hand corner is the return key. Not sure how IKM fits. Please clarify.

hey bro i'm not talking about the whole glass.

i'm talking about the screen where in we get the keyboard and all.

i cant make contact with the patch were there are IKM keys (keyboard)

 

but wen i drain the full phone and charge it while charging use the phone,

it heats up a bit,during that time in between the patch started working again.

I am having the same problem... the keys on the right corner at the bottom don't work anymore. Is there a way to calibrate the touchscreen? never found this option on the settings menu like they say here.
