I don't mean the battery died, I mean the phone died. I pulled it out of my pocket and unlocked it to look at time. I saw the time and pressed the lock button again it went black like it should but then I wanted to check again so when I pressed the lock button again it wouldn't come back.
I took it to tmobile n they were like "ive never seen this before, you need a new phone!" They apperently tried 3 different things to get it to work.
They just never tried taking out the battery so I did it... and it worked after. I then did a master reset cuz mabe it was a glitch... BUT now its the next day and it's doing the same thing. It wont turn on, reset, show lock screen... nothing.
I love this phone to death so ill keep trying with tge lumia 810 but if it continues I may be forced to go with htc

Sorry to hear this although being a network exclusive for T-Mobile it's particular software may have introduced issues not apparent upon Lumia 820.

My  Lumia 810 just shuts off and will not power up until I remove the battery and re-install it, has done this randomly  2 times in the last week
