I have a Nokia Lumia 900 and heared about the offical confirmation of the Windows Phone 7.8 update on Jan. 30, 2013. I opened a support chat and tweeted that I didn't have the update in early February. I have it set to tell me whenever theirs an update and I've been waiting a least a month. Sorry, I'm just really anxious to get to the new update...
