Nokia Lumia 900 Echo issue

I am getting echo issue only lumia 900. When I reduce the volume, then it's ok. It is extremely frustrating. Please someone help.

Use the volume control keys on your Lumia to check that the volume is set right. During an active call you can control the volume by the side keys, if it is set unnecessarily too loud it may cause some echo effect to the other end.
The call volume is based on a 0 to 10 scale, the optimum level is 5.

not helpful at all. Can‘t even hear with volume set below 6, 10 is not loud at all.
