Hi there,

I bought my Nokia Lumia 920 for a week ago, and I have the Portico update.

I put in a sim card to the phone yesterday, but I early noticed that it randomly not accept all the incoming calls. Like 1 out of 5 incomming calls are ok and the telephone are ringing. When people try to call me they just get the busy signal. I have tested calling myself, and the signal strenght is just fine.

I have tried to only select 2G and 3G, but no change. 

I have a telephone operator in Norway that borrows another network when their own is not available in my city. So roaming is on all the time on my phone. I am waithing on a new sim card and a new telephone operator now. The operator I have now has no 4G, so that is not available on my phone.

I just wondering if some one else experience the same thing? I don't find my much threads around where the same problem is described.

I would suggest changing the sim card first,does your sim work in another phone?
Even at that id still suggest a new sim as sometimes they are faulty.
