An iPhone 5 Sim tray was lightly put into my 920's Sim card tray slot and has gotten stuck. Does anyone have any recomendations for getting it out?

Yes, so I press United States and then the Lumia 920. It then takes me to this page (http://www.nokia.com/us-en/support/product/lumia920/) and the closest thing to Nokia Care I can find is checking warranty status (which I have checked and am covered). However, I am unsure of what to do from here.
