I heard many news said that many of the countries can't get the yellow colour of Lumia 920, does it stop producing?

no i wouldn't think so mate. i think that its run out of stock on shelves becuase it is such a popular model, and of course yellow is quite a popular colour. i would check with your country's Nokia and all good online retailer and physical retail stores for the expected availability of the 920 in your desired colour
