Hey, I have a problem with the touchscreen on my 920 I cant do anything with the touchscreen. The sidebuttons work perfectly. I have made several hardresets(Holding down all side buttons). Nothing is working. The store i bought it from said it should be send in for repair. But im wondering if there is any fix that you now off?

When you attempted these resets can you explain what you did as holding down all buttons aint one of them.

For starter the store you bought it from should replace the handset if its withing the timeframe.

SOFT RESET
Press and hold the power- and volume-down buttons pressed simultaneously for ten seconds. The phone should then vibrate and reboot.

HARD RESET
Press and hold the power-, volume-down- and camera buttons until the phone vibrates. Then release the power-button and keep the other two buttons pressed for another five seconds.

Try hard reset again of it fails return device to point of purchase or a nokia care center.dont forget receipt

I bought nokia lumia 920 almost a month ago. I have similar problem. Touch screen not working. I did hard reset but no reponse. I went to nokia care center. They said that they need to replace the screen which will cost 400 US $. No other solution. This mobile is worst.. I wasnt expecting this response from nokia.. I dont recommend anyone to buy this specially in Saudi Arabia where you have this response from nokia.. im thinking to through this..

I faced same issue. I did the hard reset more than 20 times but no result. My Lumia 920 touch is not working at all. I used this mobile for fifteen days only. Nokia care is not at all responding to this issue. This is manufacturing fault and nokia is not accepting this. This mobile so expensive and useless. Nokia need lot of time to competitive of Touch technology. Go back to ur button keypad!!! Please do not buy this mobile. This will be real waste of money and time.. Thanks

Hi, I have tried the hard reset MANY times, as all I have is problems, my touchscreen dosen't work properly and my phone turns itsself off regularly. Very disappointed in this product.
