Nokia Maps/Drive integration with online Nokia mapping site?

For the WP7 (Lumia) phones, is there any plans to allow users to plan journeys online/manage favourites, etc as with their symbian phone and then sync the settings to the phone.

 

Would be nice if the phone did this and make use of user information which is already present on the nokia maps site.

I am thinking the same, especially my favourite places I have saved to Nokia Maps. It was nice to sync places with N95 8 GB, N97 mini, N8, and E7. And now? With Nokia Lumia 800? Please bring this option back if you want people to stay with Nokia. Maps is one of the apps that keeps me loyal to Nokia.

Better integration in general between Maps and Drive on the Lumia 800 is promised with work in progress and for the moment they don't even share the same map data!

Symbian specialist until 31/01/2013 with interests in Maemo & MeeGo but an aversion to Windows!
