Nokia Music on WP7 and WP8

Hi,

 

I was carrying Nokia Lumia 710 earlier with Nokia Music installed on it. 2 weeks back I moved to Nokia Lumia 810 now, and configured new device with same Live ID. Now when I install Nokia Music on WP8, this first shows me option of online music of a minute and when I go to the link, it errors out and app stops showing that option!! I am not at all able to go for online music with this app on new device.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You can only use your Nokia Account with Nokia music on one device. It is linked to the device IMEI number,

 

Contact Nokia Care and ask them to verify whether the linked IMEI is that of your 810 and if not ask them to change it. Keep in mind that it may take a few days to propagate through the system..
