Exactly what do you mean with "giggs". I have Nokia Music 3.1 (on Lumia 800) in Dutch and it has 5 menu items (my music, mix radio, store, concerts and settings, some of those items in Dutch).

I am in India with Lumia 800 phone with latest OS and Firmware. Nokia Music was not awailable for Lumia users in India previously. Now I can see it from App Highlight beta, but unfortunately The INSTALL option is not coming for me instead there is a message saying " This might be because your phone software needs to be updated, the app is exclusive to a different mobile provider, or the app is not available in your region"

Take the first reason: My phone is updated to the latest OS 8773.98 and firmware 8773.12220. isnt it the latest update?

Take the second one: Different provider? In India mobile phone market is not based on the Service Providers. and I baught Lumia 800 as preorder in November 2011.

Take the third one: The discussion page clearly says the app is now available for India!!!!and I can see it in my Marketplace.

So Mr Kosh please give me a solution, please do not ask me to go to Nokia Care ..They dont know a damn thing about Windows Phone and Lumia series..what they always do is to Hard Reset of the phone.

Hey I am form India and my phone is Lumia 800 I have updated my S/W to 12220 & 7.10.8773.98 and still m not able to find Nokia music, Nokia Camera Extra or any new app which Nokia said..... I even tried without sim but still I am not able to find des apps. Please can u tell me what is problem with my update or can u tell me when it will be available...   Please please please please help me out.....I don't know how many times I have ask des....no reply till now....

same problem as Amithsiji. no install options but with a message "This application is not available for your device. Press here for more info."

Hi,

I had Mix Radio working and it was one of the main features for me in Lumia 800.

Now with the 3.1 update it's all gone.

I have nothing good to say about it.

I am from India, I updated my Lumia 800 and now it SW 1750.0805.8773.12220 & OS 7.10.8773.98 about a month ago But still not able to find Nokia Music and Nokia Camera Extra app which nokia mentioned in the link ( http://www.nokia.com/in-en/support/product/nokia-lumia-800/ ). Please can you tell what is problem with my phone..... I actually posted many a times, But i did not get any reply from nokia....& i also did all the things i can do like removing SIM card and i even restore m phone about 3 to 4 times....


I don't know whether or not Nokia know this problem happening to many customers in India ....
I even called customer care but they said I have to wait for another update to come....& don't understand If my other friends with the same SW & OS got the app and I don't...

Please tell me Nokia is working on it or not and if they are going to fix it tell me when...

Okay Its official People. Nokia Music has been temporarily withdrawn from the market for Lumia 800 atleast. But Nokia is saying it will again be available "VERY SOON" for Lumia Devices in India.

hey kosh,
nokia music & camera extras may be still not made available for indian version lumia.
but after so many days' search i found that instead searching or looking for same in "Apps From Nokia" in marketplace, click on any app in apps from nokia then go down in description of the particular app, then click on "more from Nokia Corporation" then you will find so many apps which are not available officially with the above two most wanted apps...

another thing is that there is same problem with nokia music with my lumia 800 latest firmware "There was a problem registering your phone with your nokia lumia unlimited subscription.try again in a moment........"

and can't find anything like mix radio or anything else it just work as a music player nothing else.
BTW camera extras working ok.
cant find city lens may be its not available for india yet.
and thanks nokia & ms for augmented reality in the weather channel update i just got yesterday, not tried yet but i'm eager to try it.
