Hi, having a big problem with my nokia lumia 800. The phone is less than a year old (8/9months). It doesn't seem to charge properly at all. I have to keep putting the charger in and out a couple of times before it begins to charge and at that it wont charge beyond 86% (if I'm lucky). Even when I've connected it to the computer and it syncs perfectly, it doesn't charge. I use all the battery saver options i.e. knocking off the wifi etc however even at 86% it says I will only have 15 hours life in the battery. I am up to date with the updates, with the most recent Feb updates that were recently introduced. Any help would be greatly appreciated or is it a case I need a new battery?

I've done all that, its just literally not charging, for example had it plugged in charging last night, the icon said it was charging but it still decreased in battery life and eventually went dead.
