So im not reciving any update notifications for any apps. If i go to the Store there is no notifications but if i got to an app like "Nokia Maps" there will be an update. Also I dont recive any of the updates for "Extras+info" that i keep hearing about. I know some people are saying to go to windowsphone.com and force the update from Puchased apps but it doesnt show up there.

Any ideas? Iv tried factory reseting my phone too.

As the update notification as to come from the Microsoft Store this would more be an issue to take up wit them. There have been a few 'issues' with the update mechanism lately so it will most likely resolve by itself over time.

I do not receive any notification too....... the problem is that some app like "Display+sensibility" have not the possibility to manual update, so without notification I can't update it. 

This is a big problem........

as Paul has already said, Marketplace issues are out of Nokia's control and should be reported to Microsoft using the link below.

Quite unhelpful. Not receiving system updates like "Nokia Feedback" and "Network+" is a Microsoft issue? Please... Give it up. No kudos from me.
