I have bought the phone just 1 week ago , but experiencing the same issue. i just want to say to nokia,,why he is giving a huse advertisement on lumia phone when there is a basic need problem like internet..it seems that i have become fool buying this phone on my birhday!!! i urge to nokia to plese provide some kind of solution to this problem,or my money will be a waste if i cannot access internet on smart phone.

hey i have had this problem for several weeks now all of a sudden my phone wouldnt connect other than using wifi , i downloaded network setup from the marketplace then turned my phone off and took out my sim and put the sim back in and then turned my phone on it then asked which network i was which i had a choice between t mobile , EE and Virgin i clicked t-mobile because that is my provider and it now works finally , i think this problem may have something to do with the EE takeover maybe they are trying to use different settings on the EE network whcih arent finalised i dont know but this did work for me hope it works for you guys.

Sm problem if i reset my phone it works properly and after some days cant even acess internet plzzz fix this problems

The first time that happened to me I had 2 reset my phone and it worked after that!! I am on 02 and sometimes there are days 02 goes funny so my internet stops working without using the WiFi for some reason but sometimes if ur phone needs updated that could make ur phone go funny 2!! I always make sure I update my phone when its needing done!!

i found a solution

1. update your phone it's important

2. go to 'Network Setup' option

3. make your sim apn & don't fill other blanks

4. go to your browser & try to open any of webpage like facebook.com

5. vola internet start working.
