Problems settings up emails on exchange

Hi guys,

I've got a user with a Nokia Lumia 800 which I'm having trouble setting up emails on exchange. I get the following error:

There is a problem with the certificate for "domain". Contact a support person or your service provider

Error code: 80072F0D

I have tried setting up another email account and attaching the mail certifcate. I have installed it but I still get the same error trying to recreate the email address.

Any help would be great
