Dear Nokia technicians,

First of all it's a really good phone & this is my 4th Nokia phone. The only problem is it's screen. See the attached pics & look at the upper right hand corner of the phone screen. This is a defect which can be seen through bare eyes but the Nokia care center(NCC) guy said that it's a regular feature. How can a defect be a feature of the phone????
My brand new phone also had a flickering screen which the NCC replaced with the current defective screen.
Though that defect doesn't hamper the functioning of the phone but WHY CAN'T I HAVE A NOKIA WITH PERFECT SCREEN??????????
And it's also causing it's brand to deteriorate 'coz whenever my friends see my phone they asks me about the screen & I have to tell them that it's defective.
