Hi,

I bought my Lumia 820 3 weeks ago. I've come across a number of hardware issues that i noticed in those three weeks. First, i found the batteries very difficult to remove. I damaged both the battery and the recessed part for the fingers just to insert the micro SIM And microSD. Next, I noticed that the camera bezel (black oval around the camera) was uneven on the side with the Carl Zeiss label. Finally, I noticed that the screen was raised slightly higher in the bottom right corner (near the search button) and that there are dust particles under the screen. Has anyone had any or all of these issues? If so, were you able to sort it out with Nokia Care? Your input would be appreciated.

hi mate,

haven't heard of any of those issues personally before. you may have come across a defective unit...did you order it from an online retailer and perhaps they kerfuffled the shipment of it, in turn damaging it? if so, would be wise to chase them up for a replacement/refund. if not, then you need to visit your Nokia Care for inspection of the phone: http://nokia.com/support

Even I have that uneven carl zeiss body issue. on the carl zeiss written side,its a bit elevated. Did u face the same problem? What did the nokia care people say?
