Hi,

My Lumia 920 is not turning on ... when every i try, it just shows nokia flashing logo & freez after that.

i have tried soft reset & hard reset as nokia care people adviced... but nothing worked.

Is their anything that i can try to fix this issue.

Note: I bought it from Australia & now i am in india on my 2 month holidays.

You will need to return the device to point of purchase or contact a nokia care center.

As the Warranty will not be valid in India no harm trying to get it attended on Chargeable basis though ..  You may contact / locate them thru' THIS link ..

BTW, hope you have tried the Resets properly ..or give another try ...

Hard Reset – Press Power+Volume(down)+Camera keys until the phone vibrates Then release the power button but keep the volume and camera keys pressed down for another 5 seconds. 

Soft Reset : Press Power+Volume(down) buttons and hold them till the Phone vibrates (about 8-10 Seconds).

I have contacted Nokia Care here in India, but they asked for huge money to fix it ... they said software will be india based though... but as i am heading back to Australia in the end of this Feburary .. so what should i do ?

Please suggest me best option.
