Hi All,

I have been trying to update my Lumia 800 and Lumia 510.

When I try to update in the Zune software, a message tells me my phone is up to date. The current software loaded onto the phone is version 7.10 which clearly is an older version.

The precise message I get on the Zune software is as follows: "Your phone is up to date Current phone software version: 7.10 (8107)"

Product Code for lumia 800 is 059L975

Also, no updates are found when I check for updates on the phone itself. Has anyone got a solution for this? It will be much appreciated.

You have to wait,there is plenty of threads here on this already,the update will be available to you when it is,or contact your provider if your phones are network locked and see if they have anything to tell you.
