Volume cant be controlled for Music downloaded from nokia music store

songs downloaded from nokia music store in the Nokia Music volume cannot be controlled while the song is playing.. it takes the volume set the song starts n sstays with it.. cannot be changed during the song is playing..

 

Problem is only there for songs downloded from Nokia Music Application.. !!

This is a problem on your phone. Try a soft reset.

also try uninstalling then re-installing Nokia Music from the Marketplace/Store. to perform a soft reset, press the volume down and power buttons together until the phone vibrates. also check that you are fully up to date with all the latest Nokia system apps in the Store.
